What we believe in
In a nutshell: We believe that the Bible is true and that God is real. If you read the Bible you will therefore find out, what we believe in. The fundamental truths of our faith are also summarized in the so called “Apostles Creed”.
But the most important thing about our faith is not following certain rules or speaking preformed prayers but a living relationship with Jesus Christ. Not a strict religion but a faith that comes from the heart is important to us.
The Apostles Creed
I believe in God, the Father almighty, maker of heaven and earth, and in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died and was buried.
He descended into hell. The third day he rose again from the dead. He ascended into heaven and sits at the right hand of God the Father almighty. From there he will come to judge the living and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy Christian Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting. Amen.
